In your personal account area on our website, you can change your numbers at any time. All you need to do is log in with your username and password and switch to the new number. You can also do this through the access number on your phone or through our customer service.

A full call log is available in your account on our website, which you can log into using your username (the 03 number you received at signup) and your password. The log is available throughout the month and updates online after every call, showing the call's origin, destination number, date, duration, and cost.
You can check your plan's remaining minutes in the same personal area on our website, or easily by phone before making a call.
