Agent Program

Local03.Com is proud to introduce an agent/reseller program.
As an agent you will get commission up to 10% of the monthly subscription for the lifetime of that subscription. Once you have signed up a subscriber you will get monthly commission for as long as the subscriber uses our service.

Terms and Conditions

1. An agent must be a Local03 customer.
2. Commission is calculated based on the schedule listed below, and only for monthly subscription fees (excluding extra minutes charges and discounts).
3. You may become an agent only after referring at least 5 customers* – You get paid for every customer starting from the first one.
4. The minimum amount for a commission cheque is $30.00. Otherwise, you may convert your comission into Local03 credit, or carry it over the following month.
5. Payments are wired directly by cheques or 'Pay Pal'.
6. An agen becomes inactive after three months with no sales.
7. The customer must be registered by our customer service or on our website.
8. In case the customer already exists in our system, the agent is not entitled for a commission.
9. The company may cease any engagement with the agent at any time as it sees fit.
10.The agent must be up to date concerning our regulations and registration protocols, and it's his responsiblity to keep his clients informed.
11.A customer who avoids paymeny is excluded out of the comission calculation.
12.The agen is obligated to return all paid comissions upon every chargeback which might occur.

*if you cannot reach 5 customers you can transfer to the “refer a friend” program and get a credit of $10.00 to your localworldnumber.com account for each of those customers.

Commission Schedule

1. Up to 5 customers - 10$ credit per customer (As in the 'reffer a friend' program).
2. Between 5 to 50 customers - $10 retroactive payment per customer.
3. Between 51 to 100 customers - 5% retroactive commission for all plans which are active for at least three months.
4. Over 100 customers - 10% retroactive commission for all plans which are active for at least six months.

How to get credit for a sale?
At the time of registration the new subscriber will need to enter your access number. The new customer will get a credit for 100 minutes, If the new customer signs up over the phone he/she will need to mention that they were referred by you at the time of signup.
